With The Learning Journey International I started as a freelance designer and was eventually hired as the Creative Director. I designed kids’ learning products and worked with new products and an existing set of products that were being transitioned to include new characters the company had established. I worked on multiple templates for print production and set up the plates for overseas printing, die cuts, etc. I also helped with company promotion.

This project started off simply as an exercise in sharpening my Adobe Illustrator skills. All images are vector art made exclusively in Adobe Illustrator without the use of auto image traces. I wanted to experiment with a central brand (Strafberg) and then develop multiple, individual themed products using various Illustrator tools and effects.
