The Ohio Revised Code provides for child support to be ordered per the child support guidelines in cases.  This can be done administratively or through the courts.  Either way, it is helpful to have an experienced attorney with you during this process.

When computing the child support guideline amount there are different factors that can affect a child support determination, such as:

  • Health insurance costs
  • Daycare expenses
  • Local taxes
  • Spousal support
  • Other children subject to a child support determination
